We’re looking for a talented therapist to join our friendly team 3–4 days a week (including at least one weekend day). You’ll perform 5–7 treatments per day, focusing on quality, care, and client satisfaction.
We understand work-life balance is important, so we offer flexible rotas – whether that means alternate weekends off or several consecutive days off in a row, we’ll work with you to find what fits.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel valued from start to finish
- Carry out detailed consultations and create personalised treatment plans
- Provide aftercare and wellbeing advice
- Maintain clear and accurate treatment records
- Assist with daily clinic duties such as opening/closing and laundry
What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong Deep Tissue Massage skills (essential)
- Experience in Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Aromatherapy, or Reflexology
- Bonus: Qualifications in Facials or Microdermabrasion (not essential)
- A positive, professional attitude and genuine care for your clients
- Fluent English and confidence communicating with clients
- Flexibility to work one weekend day and occasional evenings
