Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HCA Team Leader to join our care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating the care team during your shift
  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Administering medication (where trained and competent)
  • Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing guidance, supervision, and support to care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and care standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A compassionate and professional approach
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
