We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HCA Team Leader to join our care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating the care team during your shift
  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Administering medication (where trained and competent)
  • Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records
