The Operations Manager will manage the operation of the Waste to Energy Plant and ensure conformance of all workers concerning legal and regulatory requirements, quality and environment assurance standards, Health and Safety, work in accordance with permit to operate under EA regulations, Company policies, and TOL safe working practices.

To ensure the facility reaches performance KPI’s in line with the client’s and TOL’s expectations.
