An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dedicated team at Welland Academy. We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and skilled professional with the ability to inspire children. The ideal candidate we seek is an individual who will bring energy, passion and knowledge to our wonderful and welcoming school.
About us
Our academy is larger than the average Primary academy. It opened in 2013 and boasts a fantastic new building and a vibrant atmosphere. The academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT). All GAT academies work collaboratively to share best practice and are supported by the expertise within the Central Team to enable them to focus on teaching and learning.
We’re looking to appoint a great practitioner who:
- has a passion for children’s learning and development.

- can be innovative in their techniques to motivate young learners.
- is reflective.
- is willing to develop their knowledge and skills in using IT to support children’s learning and their own workload.
