THE ROLE
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong domain expertise in Human Resources and Legal technology, combined with a deep understanding of AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and data-driven platforms. This role will define and deliver end-to-end architecture for HR and Legal solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with enterprise AI and data strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define end-to-end architecture for HR and Legal platforms with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and employee experience solutions
- Design AI-enabled HR and Legal solutions (e.g., copilots, automation, personalization, analytics-driven insights)
- Lead integration architecture across HR, Legal, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), and external platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable solution designs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise AI platform, data architecture, and governance standards
- Drive adoption of digital employee experience capabilities (self-service, workflows, intelligent automation)
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, data, and AI teams to deliver cross-functional solutions
- Define and enforce integration and API standards, data flows, and system interoperability
- Support solution governance, architecture reviews, and design assurance
- Lead vendor and platform selection decisions with an enterprise architecture lens
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Experience
- Significant experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in HR/Legal technology
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, or Experience modules)
- Strong understanding of employee experience platforms and legal workplace solutions
- Experience delivering AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, automation, personalization, analytics)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures)
- Strong data architecture knowledge (data models, data pipelines, governance, analytics, cybersecurity, PII management)
- Experience working with cloud-based architectures and SaaS platforms
- Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders at senior levels
- Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HR/Legal transformations or large-scale digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and generative AI capabilities
- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, analytics, and semantic models
- Experience with low-code platforms and workflow automation
- Exposure to privacy, compliance, and HR/Legal data regulations
- Experience working with global organizations and multi-region deployments
