THE ROLE
We are seeking a Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Executive to support the Senior SRM Manager to deliver, analyse and optimise the performance of the pricing and promotional strategies to drive revenue, volume and profitability. You will support the Senior SRM Manager in coordinating market research, performance analytics, data management and SRM reporting for all brands and channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Research and Insights Development: Leverage CMI research and shopper analytics to inform pricing and promotional decisions. Conduct competitor and retailer research to maintain a live database of market activity across channels.
- Support Strategic SRM Planning: Collaborate with the Senior SRM Manager to develop and execute SRM strategies aligned with brand and channel objectives. Provide analytical support for annual planning and new product development launches.
- Data Analytics and Modelling: Maintain data models to evaluate pricing, promotional, and channel strategies. Support scenario planning for pricing adjustments and cost changes.
- SRM Performance Reporting: Track and evaluate the outcomes of SRM initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams to align revenue management strategies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and analysis.
- Experience in a related finance, SRM or Trade Marketing role.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industries.
