THE ROLE

Professional Education have always been and remains in the heart of Wella organization. We bring to live the latest Product innovations of Wella brands through sharing our knowledge and craftsmanship with Hair Stylists around the world. We constantly expanding our community of passionate professionals through both digital and face-to-face Education in our state of art Wella Studios. The purpose of this position is to deliver inspirational & value adding Education for assigned touchpoints across all brands & customers to maximise salon business & reach targets by being the preferred partner for stylists, close collaboration with allocated sales area & cultivates strong business partnerships & customers, and to represent Education internally & externally as a credible face to the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan & deliver Education activities in both face-to-face environments and virtual classrooms (digital)
  • Use social media to drive awareness for Wella Education & PB Bands & promote Education Curriculum to drive bookings
  • Create and post educational and inspirational content for social media and other nominated digital channels, according to guidelines
  • Assist on shows and trade events to wow our salon partners
  • Collaborate with our Guest Artists to inspire our industry and be Wella Ambassadors
  • Support Sales through studio, planning & executing where needed bespoke training activities, launch events & courses.
  • Support Customers & Salons through Advisory Helpline, track & monitor feedback & complaints & follow Global Guidelines & procedure for reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Hairdresser / Hairdresser Relevant Qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years salon experience as a qualified stylist.
  • High Mastery & Craftsmanship in technical knowledge & services (focus on colour)
  • Excellent communicator; enjoys presenting and facilitating trainings or meetings
  • Very focused, organized and operate with high level of discipline
  • Experience in demonstrating, training, presentation & excellent communicator
  • Methodical, social competence & ability to energise, engage & enable others.
  • In-touch with trends within the Professional Beauty industry.
  • Excellent use of social media for customers & team communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hairdressing Industry & local marketplace
  • Structured, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Leading by example, self-initiative & proactive.
  • Self-management & ability to successfully work to deadlines.
  • Professional & Fashionable image
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, PPT, word) & Apple (iPad, apps)
