THE ROLE
At Wella, Educators change lives of Hairdressers. You are inspiring, influential and have strong commercial expertise. In this role you will efficiently cover high potential customers with engaging Education on and offline. You will work in close collaboration with your Sales team to partner with and support customers through every step of their career, to become passionate advocates, endorsing Wella Education, and strengthening the largest community of Hair professionals in the world.
YOUR KEY DELIVERABLES
- Generate growth by efficiently delivering inspirational and value adding Education across multiple touchpoints including in-salon, via Wella Studios/Training centers and virtually.
- Gain new customers by inspiring and influencing hairdressers and cultivating strong relationships that make you the preferred partner over other manufacturers.
- Build education reach and awareness through social media activations that empower community engagement.
- Commit to invest in your Capability enabling you to perform with excellence as well as being the center of expertise for your Sales team.
YOUR CORE COMPETENCIES
- You have a proactive and personalized approach to In-Salon training, Collective seminars and Virtual Classroom, always inspiring professionals to maximize the opportunity each client brings.

- You co-ride with your sales team, supporting them with new customer contacts, joint Gain visits and execute activities defined to reach Gain targets.
- You demonstrate fluent technical support in Customer and Sales meetings for all Initiatives and product launches.
- You are present on social media with a business account & engage with your communities to energize them to create content and drive earned awareness of education activities, products, and service innovations.
- You create Color & Craft focused content, Digital EduTainment, and always-on curriculum that drives consistent Color/Care/Education awareness, increased reach, and community generated content for your local brand and education accounts as well as your own business social media account.
- You represent Education internally and externally as an influential and credible face to the industry.

- Commercially savvy to coach high potential salons owners/managers on business strategy & development certification.
- Strong competitor awareness.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Hairdresser/Cosmetology license with a minimum 2-year salon experience as a licensed stylist and a professional and influential image across social media channels.
- Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook).
- Self-management and ability to successfully plan own time/area/route.
- Demonstrate organised, solution-oriented thinking & actions.
- Demonstrate proactive & self-initiative approach.
- Structured, solution-oriented thinking with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and Apple (iPad/apps).
This role requires min. 60-80% travel time (incl. overnight travel) β Valid driver's licence and ability to travel long distances.
