Wella Company is seeking a National Account Executive for Distributors to manage 4 distributor relationships and drive growth across Clairol, Silvikrin and Shockwaves brands.

Based in Wimbledon with 2 days in the office, you will maximise performance in distributor channels and pursue new business opportunities.

The role requires proven experience at NAE level, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of distributor organizations.
