THE ROLE
Reporting to the eCommerce Director, this role will champion our ongoing efforts to develop our online presence and take us to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Amazon annual operating plan using product selection, inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketing to drive this.
- Develop category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights, and other market/customer information.
- Develop the annual JBPs with strategic partners.
- Manage relationship with external agency across advertising and retail operations.
- Work closely with internal EMEA team on total Amazon business priorities.
- Be the advocate for the Amazon business internally.
- Build strong relationships with trade marketing and brand to execute and grow retail media plans.
- Drive the ecommerce agenda through collaboration and influence decisions across multiple stakeholders (sales, trade, brand).
- Business development: business assessment, strategic planning, selling in of growth driving ideas.
- Drive new market opportunities to create new demand drivers for our brands and categories.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for eCommerce and ensure industry best practice, standards, and innovation.
- Deliver on-time product launches and promotions and maximise all opportunities to drive incremental sales.
- Collaborate with trade marketing teams to maximise sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- You have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Amazon account and AMS/DSP management.
- Good understanding of ecommerce and marketing, and eager to develop their knowledge in these areas.
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
Desirable:
- You have experience in working with major ecommerce accounts including Look Fantastic.
- Digital marketing is an interest.
