The Role
At Wella, Educators change the lives of Hairdressers. You inspire, influence, and bring strong commercial expertise. This role involves efficiently covering highâpotential customers with engaging education both inâsalon and online, supporting customers through every step of their career, and becoming passionate advocates for Wella Education.
Your Key Deliverables
- Generate growth by efficiently delivering inspirational and valueâadding education across multiple touchpoints including inâsalon, via Wella Studios/Training centers, and virtually.
- Gain new customers by inspiring and influencing hairdressers and cultivating strong relationships that make you the preferred partner over other manufacturers.
- Build education reach and awareness through social media activations that empower community engagement.
- Commit to invest in your capability, enabling excellence and being the centre of expertise for your Sales team.
Your Core Competencies
- You have a proactive and personalised approach to inâsalon training, collective seminars and virtual classrooms, always inspiring professionals to maximise opportunities.

- You create colourâandâcraftâfocused content, digital eduâtainment and an alwaysâon curriculum that drives consistent colour/care/education awareness, increased reach, and communityâgenerated content for your local brand and education accounts as well as your own business social media account.
- You represent education internally and externally as an influential and credible face of the industry.

- YOU ARE CREATIVE: Experience in demonstrating, training, presentation, and communication both on and offline to bring core messages and education curriculum to life across all touchpoints.
- YOU ARE COURAGEOUS: Bring stylists/industry voice into multifunctional team meetings, trainings and can envision key stakeholders including area sales managers and regional leaders. Role modelling education expertise when interacting externally and internally.
- YOU ARE CONNECTED: Inâdepth knowledge of beauty/HD industry and local marketplace. Commercially savvy to coach highâpotential salon owners/managers on business strategy & development certification. Strong competitor awareness.
Your Qualifications
- Valid hairdresser/cosmetology licence with a minimum 2âyear salon experience as a licensed stylist and a professional and influential image across social media channels.
- Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook).
- Selfâmanagement and ability to successfully plan own time/area/route.
- Demonstrate organised, solutionâorientated thinking & actions.
- Demonstrate proactive & selfâinitiative approach.
- Structured, solutionâoriented thinking with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Apple (iPad/apps).
- 54â70% travel time required (incl. overnight); valid driver's licence and ability to travel long distances.
