ROLE

The Education Brand Manager, OPI is responsible for designing and deploying best-in-class education content and activation strategies across professional and consumer channels. This role will develop global education programs, digital learning assets, and activation initiatives to support OPI's growth in professional & consumer channels. The Education Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving professional capability training while enhancing OPI's consumer business through engaging and effective digital-first education, eventing activation and relevant go-to-market initiatives. This position collaborates closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Global product development and external education partners to ensure seamless alignment of brand messaging, education delivery, and business growth strategies and ensure correct and market relevant deployment of OPI new product launches and education plans across the UK&I to maximise growth in line with business goals set.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Education Planning, Content Development and Deployment: Develop and implement market education programs for OPI's professional and consumer channels, ensuring content aligns with brand priorities, market needs and maximises the global deployment toolkits and education support plans. Design and deliver technical training, curriculum, and activation initiatives to enhance brand engagement and drive business growth, including training internal and external educators. Work closely with the OPI Brand Manager to ensure education strategies are fully integrated with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Professional & Consumer Education Deployment: Design and execute education initiatives that activate and inspire salons, nail professionals, and retailers. Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to support field teams, business development managers (BDMs), and retail partners in line with the business IMP plans.
  • Digital Education & Activation: Lead the creation of digital-first education strategies, including e-learning modules, virtual training, and social media content. Develop engaging digital education materials to support both professional and consumer audiences.
  • Event & Activation Support: Partner with the brand team to design education-led activations that drive engagement and conversion in salons, e-commerce, and retail environments. Organize and co-facilitate training events, trade shows, and professional competitions to enhance brand awareness and advocacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key education partner to the Marketing, Trade, and Sales teams, ensuring education is embedded in all go-to-market strategies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Craft & Industry Expertise: Experience as a trainer or educator in the nail or beauty industry with a strong understanding of professional and consumer education needs.
  • Digital-First Mindset: Strong knowledge of digital education tools, e-learning platforms, and content creation for social media and online channels.
  • Education & Training Experience: 5+ years of experience in professional beauty education or training. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Other Requirements: Willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
