Job Type: Permanent – Full-time/Job share
Reporting Line: The Project Support Coordinator will report directly to the Project Control Manager.
Role: The Project Support Coordinator will support the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all Well-Safe projects. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to project teams throughout a project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and monitor all project interfaces and ensure effective communication across functions.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, threats, opportunities and issues.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, updating action trackers.
- Track, maintain, and elevate project risks and issues.
- Support change control processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Raise purchase requisitions in line with commercial models and project requirements.
- Update forecasts in both financial and planning tools.
- Transmit, track, and log project deliverables in line with internal standards.
- Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR).
Key outcomes:
- Helping to deliver projects on time, to budget and plan.
- Improved project team efficiency and collaborative working.
- High quality project delivery in line with the APM’s Body of Knowledge.

- Experience using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Good Organisation skills and adaptability.
- Project Management Qualification (APM fundamentals or similar).
