Interim Recruitment Specialist – Falmouth/Hybrid – Full time – £32k–£35k FTE – up to 3 months

If so, you may be just the recruiter we’re looking for. I’m working with one of Cornwall’s most successful businesses to recruit an Interim Recruitment Specialist on a fixed-term contract. This role offers hybrid working (home/Falmouth) on a full-time basis, and you will take full ownership of the recruitment process (360) for a key area of the business.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager you will:
– Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, offering expert recruitment advice and gaining a thorough understanding of vacancies
– Work closely with the HR team to anticipate future hiring needs
– Build and maintain strong talent pools
– Act as a brand ambassador to prospective candidates
– Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns end-to-end
– Create engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
– Coach and mentor a Recruitment Administrator
To be successful in this role you should have experience gained either in-house or within an agency, together with a solid understanding of the recruitment market and effective attraction techniques. You are likely to be confident using multiple ATS platforms, with LinkedIn Recruiter being second nature. Just as importantly, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
