The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Our Noble Close pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.

The Pharmacy:

Our Well Pharmacy is located in the village of Noble Close in Norwich. Given it’s location, this role would be perfect for those who excel with community life and sports; Brixworth Central Sports Club and other beauty spots are just a stone’s throw away.

The bustling community pharmacy dispenses approximately 1,600-2,000 items a month, with a strong team of 3 qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants. It offers all NHS services including, Flu/Covid vaccinations and Blood Pressure Checks to a varied demographic of locals and residents alike. It is the perfect location to develop your management career.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
