Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our Old Marston Road branch in Oxford. This community pharmacy is close to the centre of Oxford and has excellent public transport links available. It has a good relationship with the local GP, and we are looking for a pharmacist manager who can further develop and strengthen this.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses approx 900-1000 items a week
- It provides a wide range of services including BP, ABPM, NMS, Contraception, Weight Management, Covid, Flu & Pharmacy First
- It provides services to 8 substance misuse patients
- It dispenses 12 community blisters
This pharmacy is open 8.30 - 6.30 Monday - Friday & 9-5.30 on a Saturday. The 49.25 hour contract is based on the following work pattern: Week 1: Monday - Friday; Week 2: 4 days + Saturday.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is required for this opportunity. You’ll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
