Overview of the role
Forget standard retail operations â this is a brandâbuilder role. You will help define the inâstore experience and lead a multiâfunctional team to redefine luxury wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop up to 3 Floor Managers and a wider team of 20 Advisors, creating a motivated, highâperforming culture.
- Drive Performance: Deliver and exceed sales, profit, and conversion targets while maintaining the highest operational standards.
- Champion the Brand: Ensure a consistently luxurious, customerâcentric experience that reflects our "WorldâClass Wellbeing Emporium" status.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store compliance, health & safety, and dayâtoâday operations including scheduling, opening, and closing duties.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Buying, Marketing, HR, and key brand partners to execute strategic initiatives and elevate product knowledge.
- Develop Talent: Own the succession plan, ensuring growth, engagement and retention across the retail team.
