Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for patient care and pharmacy excellence? We are looking for a Pharmacy Team Manager to take charge of our pharmacy operations, leading from the front to deliver outstanding standards in patient safety, customer service, and business growth.
About the role
- Lead and manage all aspects of the pharmacy operation, ensuring compliance with NHS, GPhC/PSNI, and regulatory standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team who deliver exceptional patient and customer care.
- Drive growth in prescriptions, sales, profit, and local market share while maintaining professional trust and integrity.
- Build strong relationships with patients, customers, surgeries, and other healthcare professionals, becoming a trusted leader in your community.
- Support the Responsible Pharmacist in delivering safe, ethical, and effective pharmacy practice.

The Ideal Candidate
As a Pharmacy Team Manager, you will thrive on team, patient, and customer interaction, enjoy working at pace and with accuracy as well as be someone who is resilient, who enjoys constant change and challenges. You will be motivated by leading a team to deliver tangible and measurable results and adaptable to each day. Understanding of Community Pharmacy is desirable but not essential, but you will need excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain great relationships with your team and practice personnel as well as good commercial and analytical skills. You will be effective at coaching and feedback skills as well as have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and allocate resources effectively.
