We can offer consistent rotas and geographical coverage that suits you. You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits. We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
Overview of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in our Tattenhall Branch in Chester. This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns and cities and is located on a high street. It has an excellent relationship with the local GP surgery/health centre.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses 5500 items a month
- It provides a wide range of national services including weight management
- It dispenses 12 community blisters
This pharmacy is open: Monday to Friday 9am-1pm, 2pm-6.30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of qualified two pharmacy assistants and one trainee pharmacy assistant.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity. You’ll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
