The Account Executive will drive revenue as the founding member of Well-Ordered Family’s sales team, focusing on church and parish accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop pipelines of prospective church and parish customers through outbound outreach.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle—product demos, negotiations, contract closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Execute 50+ outbound calls per day to nurture relationships and expand into net‑new accounts.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the brand publicly and ensure values are upheld.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least one year closing deals.
  • Passion for Christian mission‑driven organizations.
  • Experience selling directly to churches.
  • Understanding of church sales cycles and decision‑making processes.
  • Knowledge of varied sales processes and techniques.
