Our ADHD service is one of the most responsive in the UK – we offer both a private pathway and an NHS Right to Choose (RTC) service, providing end-to-end care from initial assessment through to ongoing medication management. Our clinical model is built around GP-led assessment with Consultant Psychiatrist oversight. Our GPs conduct structured ADHD evaluations; all diagnoses are reviewed and ratified by a Consultant Psychiatrist before being communicated to patients. We are now looking to expand our consultant base to meet growing demand and strengthen our MDT capability. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with a special interest in adult ADHD to join our growing consultant panel. This is not a direct patient-facing assessment role – rather, you will work as a senior clinical pillar of our service: ratifying diagnoses, leading MDT discussions, providing clinical support to our GP team, and ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic rigour and patient safety. This is an ideal opportunity for a consultant seeking flexible, self-employed sessional work alongside NHS or other private commitments, with a meaningful clinical governance function in a well‑organised, expanding service.
