Reporting directly to the CFO, you will become the operational leader of the finance function. Your work will directly influence cashflow, revenue integrity, NHS debtor performance, billing accuracy and financial control as the business scales.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Monthly management reporting and month-end close
- Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- NHS debtor management and commissioner payment disputes
- Private healthcare billing controls
- Revenue assurance and revenue leakage prevention
- Financial controls, governance and compliance
- Finance systems and process improvement
- Working with external accountants and bookkeeper

- Finance operates with clear ownership and accountability
- Management reporting is reliable and timely
- NHS debtor performance has materially improved
- Revenue assurance controls are embedded
- Billing processes support future growth
- The CFO is focused on strategy, acquisitions and growth rather than operational finance
What We Are Looking For
- Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager or similar experience
- Strong reporting, controls and cashflow management capabilities
- Experience improving finance processes and systems
- Hands-on and commercially minded approach
- Healthcare, NHS or private healthcare billing experience desirable
