Temper Soho is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor / Head Waiter to join our leadership team..
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing the team..
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations..
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues professionally..
- Support, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team..
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation..
- Work closely with management to achieve operational and financial targets..
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waiter, or Senior Waiter in a high-volume restaurant..
- Strong leadership and communication skills..
- A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach..
- Confidence in leading busy services and making decisions under pressure..
- Passion for hospitality and developing others..
