Paradiso is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will oversee staff management, beverage service standards, stock control, ordering, scheduling, and financial performance while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service.
