Wellington Hall Care Centre β Telford β TF1 2EH (formerly known as Morris Care Centre) is a 95-bedded nursing residential service with complex care. Current CQC rating β 2024 β Good across all domains.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in managing clinical teams & supporting the registered manager.
- Experience of managing complex care cases required or willingness to undertake required training.
- Working one day a week on shift alongside the team.
- Due to the size of the home, this post has another Deputy Manager in post (residential) and we are creating a new Senior Nurse post who will have one shift a week supernumerary.
Requirements:
- Must hold an Active-PIN.
- Good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
- Resilient and has longevity in roles.
Working hours: 40 hours Mon β Fri (some requirement for weekend visits).
