Are you passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-Site Gardener to join our team, working across a range of residential and nursing homes in North Devon, Minehead & Bristol.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of landscaping and garden care across multiple sites. This includes lawn care, planting, pruning, seasonal maintenance, and ensuring each site is presented at its best year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- General garden maintenance (mowing, weeding, pruning, edging)
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Monitoring plant health and managing pests/diseases
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Travelling between sites and managing workload efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience
- Strong knowledge of plants and seasonal care
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
