We are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage one of our new homes.
Essential skills:
- Experience managing a care home with approximately 60 rooms.
- Passionate about Dementia care.
- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance with CQC requirements.
- Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team.
- Experience of managing and working towards budgets.
- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home.
- Excellent communication skills - confident working with local authorities and building new contacts.
