Hours: Days, Nights - 22, 33 or 44 per week

Location: Oake Meadows Care Home, 33 Wyvern Road, Taunton, TA1 4RA

You’ll be helping our residents live satisfying and dignified lives by supporting their physical and emotional needs. As part of a kind and caring team, you will:

  • Organise and take part in social and recreational activities
  • Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes
  • Provide support to help residents maintain their independence
  • Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care
  • Maintain accurate records
