Role Description
This is a full-time area based role located in the South of UK. The Regional Support Manager will support the oversite of the operations of multiple care homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality care. They will manage and support care home managers, develop and implement policies, and ensure that all homes within their region are operating efficiently. The role also includes budget management, staff training and development, and liaising with residents\β families and external partners to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a NMC pin and be clinically strong.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in healthcare management, particularly in residential, nursing, respite, or dementia care
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budget management experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in healthcare management or related field (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role within healthcare is a plus
