Our team at Ashbourne Court are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to assist with delivering quality meals to our residents in the care home. You will be helping to ensure that our residents' dietary requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Taking an active role in supporting the Chef with the preparation and delivery of meals for residents.
- Preparing fresh ingredients for various meals.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen area that adheres to both Health and Safety regulations and the exemplary standards of the home.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Cleaning all crockery, cutlery and food preparation equipment.
- Assisting in the preparation of meals for service.
