Hours: Full Time / Part Time hours per week – Must also be able to work alternate weekends

Position: Chief Fun Officer (Care Home Activities Coordinator)

Location: Hamble Heights Care Home, Southampton, SO31 1AZ

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, energetic, and slightly bonkers individual to join our team as the Chief Fun Officer. If you can turn bingo into a rock concert and knitting into a competitive sport, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Party Planner Extraordinaire: Organize daily activities that range from karaoke nights to themed dress-up days.
• Dance Floor Dynamo: Lead our residents in dance-offs, from the cha-cha to the moonwalk.
• Crafty Creator: Host arts and crafts sessions that would make Picasso jealous.
• Game Guru: Keep the competitive spirit alive with board games and card games.
• Memory Maker: Capture all the fun moments on camera and create scrapbooks.

Requirements:

• A sense of humor.
• The ability to laugh at yourself and with others.
• Creativity.
• Patience and high energy.
• Experience in making people smile.
