Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator role is a part-time, on-site position based in Luton.
The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Welfare HS Solutions’ services, training programs, and career opportunities in Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities include drafting copy and visual concepts for posts, stories, and campaigns, scheduling content, and monitoring performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
The role involves collaborating with recruitment and training teams to feature success stories, highlight events and initiatives, and maintain a consistent, inclusive brand voice.
Day‑to‑day tasks also include community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with social media trends relevant to the healthcare and recruitment sectors.
Qualifications
