Overview
We are looking for a pharmacist that is passionate about community pharmacy and who wants to make a difference to our patients in their community. You will possess excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy provision within the NHS. You will share expert knowledge and give caring advice as well as leading the delivery of private and NHS services.
They will have great commercial awareness and business acumen which is key to the future of community pharmacy. The candidate will be accountable for building the capability of branch teams as well as supporting their peers. We are invested in training and developing our people by continually reviewing our people strategy to ensure working for us is rewarding.
Continual review of the branch performance will be undertaken to ensure customer service and patient safety is paramount, while leading the company strategy. You will have the aspiration to drive the business forward, bringing fresh ideas to promote positive change.
The candidate will be required to build relationships with the local community, leading the team to ensure efficiencies and enhance the processes delivered to display excellent patient care. They will be involved in improving the health and wellbeing of our communities with the aim of being the first choice for healthcare across South Yorkshire and North Lincs.
You will carry out your duties professionally, observing all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
