Overview
We are looking for a pharmacist that is passionate about community pharmacy and who wants to make a difference to our patients in their community. You will possess excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy provision within the NHS. You will share expert knowledge and give caring advice as well as leading the delivery of private and NHS services.
The candidate will be required to build relationships with the local community, leading the team to ensure efficiencies and enhance the processes delivered to display excellent patient care. They will be involved in improving the health and wellbeing of our communities with the aim of being the first choice for healthcare across South Yorkshire and North Lincs.
You will carry out your duties professionally, observing all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Continual review of branch performance to ensure customer service and patient safety is paramount, while leading the company strategy.
- Lead the delivery of private and NHS services and share expert knowledge with the team.
- Build relationships with the local community and lead the team to drive efficiencies and enhance processes to display excellent patient care.
- Lead initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of the community and promote the branch as a primary healthcare option.
- Carry out duties professionally in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

A large modern branch in the heart of a market town with high footfall and a long-standing, experienced support team. There is a well-appointed consultation room and spacious dispensary, along with the opportunity to offer additional services to meet the needs of a varying patient base. The large shop floor lends itself to the potential for increasing over the counter and add-on sales. Excellent transport links due to the M18 and M62 being easily accessible.
