Weldricks is a family-owned pharmacy group with over 60 stores and a nationally recognised website, employing more than 600 people across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Riding. Our customers rely on us for advice and support at moments that matter, and excellent service sits at the heart of everything we do. We're growing our Ecommerce team and want to hear from people who can bring something of their own to it.

THE ROLE

You'll join our Web Shop team at the Branch Service Centre in Doncaster working on a rota covering the 6 day operation — a large team spanning customer care and distribution — supervising our customer care colleagues day to day. It's a fast-paced environment where questions and queries need handling with confidence, discretion and care. You'll set the standard for how we respond, and support your team to meet it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Supervise the customer care team, making sure calls and emails are answered promptly and handled appropriately
  • Work closely with dispensing teams across the business so customers are kept up to date on their orders and enquiries, and orders are dispatched promptly
  • Work with the Web Shop Manager and wider team to ensure customer orders are processed in line with our procedures
  • Complete day-to-day administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Support, coach and develop team members, including rotas, one-to-ones and absence reporting

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Essential:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre, retail or ecommerce setting
  • Supervisory or team leader experience, or readiness to step up into it
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence with numbers and written English (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent, or comparable experience)
  • A friendly, professional and calm approach under pressure
  • Good judgement around confidential information

Desirable:

  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with ecommerce order management or customer service software
