This role is for Pharmacy Relief Assistant /Technician/Web Assistant.
To work Monday and Friday 9.00am till 5.30pm with 30 min break.
Implement the Weldricks customer care policy to the highest
possible standards.
Follow company dispensing processes and your training.
- Read, understand and sign all SOP’s.
- Handover and summarise everything the Pharmacist or
colleagues who are working in branch the following day need
to know. - Technician only- meet GPhC standards of conduct, ethics and
performance.
- Use accurately to full potential.
- Keep a functioning NHS Smartcard that has the FFFFF code
enabled for all branches. - Technician only- maintain a working familiarity with SCR
access and processes with access applied to the FFFFF code.
- Follow protocols and your training.
- Branch Procedures Manual
- Follow BPM for branches & web shop.
- Health and safety & Housekeeping Show leadership in safety, cleanliness and tidiness.
- Security Follow all cash, security and accounting procedures.
- Shop stock Well presented, adequate, seasonal stock full, correctly priced
and promoted, date checks actioned. - Planograms correctly applied.
- Windows & premises interior and exterior Correct displays, clean, tidy, well maintained, safe and secure.
- Completion of company documentation.
- Paperwork completed accurately and returned within deadlines
by all dispensary colleagues. - Read the Weekly Memo each week to keep up to date with
changes, amendments and/or additions to company policies,
procedures and contractual obligations which may be
introduced to reflect the changing needs of the business,
including amendments to the BPM and DBPM. - Web shop
- Maintain your training and experience so it is up to date and
you are competent in all web shop departments. - ADU
- Maintain training and experience so it is up to date and you are
competent in all aspects of managing, maintaining and
dispensing from the ADU.
