Weldone is seeking a Procurement Officer to support our production and operations team. This role involves managing the sourcing and supply of materials required for fabrication and engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials are available on time, cost‑effective, and aligned with project requirements. Source materials, components, and services required for projects Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers Request and compare quotations to ensure best value Place and track orders to meet production schedules Coordinate deliveries with the workshop and site teams Monitor stock levels and reorder where required Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards Support production planning with accurate procurement timelines Requirements Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities Confident working with suppliers and negotiating where required Experience in engineering, fabrication, or construction industries is beneficial What We’re Looking For A reliable and proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Practical mindset with a focus on getting the job done Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
