Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Help with medication preparation and administration.
- Perform light housework.
- Promote client health, well-being and independence.
- Provide companionship, social support and accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
- Support clients with sensory impairment, dementia and other long-term conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Positive, courteous and energetic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence and car preferable; full driving licence and business insurance preferred.
- Availability for flexible shift patterns, including 7am–10pm, and every other weekend.
