Weldmar Hospicecare in Dorset is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the reactive and planned maintenance across all sites. You will triage, schedule and oversee projects, manage the maintenance team, and build strong relationships with external contractors to keep facilities safe and efficient.
Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will manage budgets, ensure compliance with health, safety and care standards, and develop maintenance plans.
