Build quality. Support production. Be part of a great local team. We’re looking for a Factory Assistant to join our busy manufacturing operation at Weldit in Luton. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Operating light sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently
- Keeping the factory floor clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the production team with general factory duties
- Working to high standards of quality and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hands-on and eager to learn
- A strong team player with good attention to detail
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Previous factory or machinery experience is helpful, but not essential
- Eligible to work in the UK
