Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for building long-term customer relationships? At Weldit, we’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Luton, focused on maintaining and growing our valued customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys the challenge of delivering tailored solutions while uncovering new opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities:- Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide bespoke product and service solutions
- Manage timelines, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery and repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outreach
- Promote value-added products and services to increase order value
- Build strong client relationships through regular contact and project updates
- Work closely with production to ensure specifications and deadlines are met
- Share customer insights with marketing and product teams
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance
