The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious business as we continue to invest in our people, products, systems, and customer offering. We are seeking driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Managers to lead sales growth across three designated territories. These roles are responsible for developing existing customer accounts, winning new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable, profitable revenue growth across the Weldfast product and service portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with a proactive business development approach, identifying opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers while serving as a key ambassador for the Weldfast brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver agreed sales, margin, and growth targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Maximise sales opportunities within existing accounts through account development and cross-selling activities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify future opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations.
Account Management
- Deliver agreed sales, margin, and growth targets within the assigned territory.

Product & Technical Support

- Attend product training and industry events as required.
Team & Business Contribution
- Work closely with Customer Service Teams, Commercial and Marketing, and Operations.
- Share market intelligence and customer insights with the wider business.
