We are looking for a Deputy Manager who can lead by example and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Be hands on – sorting donations, managing the shop floor, handling financial and admin tasks.
- Motivate a team of staff and volunteers, and promote a positive culture.
- Ensure every customer has an experience that will make Weldmar their first choice to shop and donate.
Requirements
If you have supervisory experience in retail or customer service who knows how to get the best out of a team, can prioritise tasks and communicate confidently, we’d love to hear from you.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is required for this role.
Please note, our retail rota runs Sunday‑Saturday and is planned one month in advance.
