We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Deputy Shop Manager to join our busy and successful Bridport Superstore.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience and wants to develop their leadership skills while making a real difference in their local community.
Working alongside the Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store, helping to maximise sales, deliver excellent customer service, and lead our amazing team of volunteers.
This store opened earlier this year, and stocks fashion and furniture to homeware and hidden treasures.
You’ll be at the heart of a thriving retail operation that helps raise funds for a cause that makes a real difference to local people and families in Dorset
