You'll report to our Head of Product and work in the Marketplace domain, as part of a team of engineers and a designer. This team's focus is to make sure our job marketplace is well balanced and creates great outcomes for both candidates and companies, with improved relevancy, and less noise and overwhelm.

You'll work closely with leaders across the company: other product teams, sales, customer success, operations, and more. You’ll be a key player in driving this work from discovery to delivery, iterating at speed with ownership over significant portions of the team’s roadmap.

You’ll understand and empathize with our candidates’ and companies’ needs, and make sure we’re always focusing on the biggest problems and opportunities.

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced consumer tech scale-ups and know how to lead a squad to deliver impactful products while navigating complexity and change.

  • You take a pragmatic and grounded approach to solving problems and you can confidently own decisions with limited information, knowing when to lean on data, qualitative insights and your own instincts.
  • You are a low-ego and emotionally intelligent collaborator that can effectively build trust with both your team and stakeholders across the business.
  • You’re always keen to dive deep into data to support decisions, hone your intuition and identify new opportunities using tools like Amplitude, BigQuery or Metabase.
  • You’re a clear and compelling communicator, and can tailor your approach and style to collaborate with different levels and functions.
  • You can work closely with commercial teams – be it sales, customer success, growth or product marketing – to determine the product deliverables that will lead to meaningful commercial outcomes.

Desirable:

  • It’s a bonus if you have experience working on marketplaces and balancing the needs of B2B and B2C users.
  • It’s also a bonus if you’ve worked in teams that are distributed across multiple countries and time zones, serving users in different contexts and cultures.
