Welcome to the Jungle is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of UK clients in tech, fintech, retail, healthcare and professional services. You will drive ARR and NRR through upsell, renewals, and expansions while navigating multi-stakeholder deals and a transition to the new product and pricing model.
You will partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver strong client outcomes, forecast rigorously, and maintain CRM hygiene as part of the London market strategy.
