- Creative + curious builder mindset (prototyping, experimentation, AI-enabled formats).
- Comfortable with digital/AI/skills tools (or fast learner).
- Uses data to prioritise + measure.
- Influences across regional + functional teams (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance, People).
- Can facilitate as part of ecosystem adoption (not the main job).
- Hands-on builder comfortable with iteration + ambiguity.
- Experience turning capability needs into concrete deliverables (pathways, onboarding, enablement, tools, frameworks or insights).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with learning strategy, performance enablement, mobility or succession.
- Experience in ad-tech, product-led or commercial environments.
- Exposure to high-growth, iterative or global environments.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Build and own a skill-based learning and performance system that accelerates capability building, internal mobility, and execution across the business.
- Define critical skills for today and tomorrow, translating them into clear capability maps and learning pathways that support growth, readiness, and succession.
- Design learning anchored in real work, combining stretch, practice, feedback, and performance signals to shorten ramp time and improve effectiveness.
- Create and scale a modern learning ecosystem, blending digital, peer, manager-led, practice-based, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
- Leverage AI and data to personalise development, surface skills, track adoption, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Lead onboarding and enablement strategies that provide role clarity, business context, and faster performance ramp for ICs, managers, and leaders.
- Deliver practical, scalable assets including capability frameworks, onboarding playbooks, blended programmes, AI-driven nudges, and feedback loops.
- Enable leaders and managers to actively support development, reinforce learning, and drive adoption within their teams.
- Operate with a test-and-learn mindset, prototyping quickly, scaling what works, and evolving the system as business and AI needs change.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, leaders, and People Analytics to improve talent velocity, retention, and long-term organisational performance.
