Advertising Sales Manager, Israel Markets – Relocation To London

We’re looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our IL Market team in London . In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, prospecting and closing deals, and driving significant revenue growth in the Israeli performance advertising market . You’ll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Native or professional fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
- A proven track record in sales, ideally in digital advertising or performance marketing
- Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with Israeli advertisers, including brands, affiliates, D2C dropshippers, or agencies.

- Driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising deals
- Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to activation

- Building long-term relationships with key players in the Israeli digital advertising market
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
