As a Team Lead in the Spanish & Italian Advertisers Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving advertiser success at scale. This solution-oriented, commercial team both onboards new clients and continuously drives expansion of existing ones across multiple verticals. We are currently looking for an experienced digital advertising professional who’s interested in a “player-coach” role leading a team of 3 AMs, collectively engaging +100 accounts and owning a $+30M a year quota.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed the team’s quarterly revenue & new business targets.
  • Support team members with identifying and capturing upsell opportunities as well as effective pipeline management.
  • Hire, onboard, and continuously coach a team of Account Managers servicing 50 accounts each.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for resolving issues that require cross-functional collaboration in a timely manner.
  • Deliver fortnightly reviews of the Spanish and Italian book of business, calling out high-value opportunities and roadblocks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost the team's productivity and operational excellence, including working closely with sales, sales operations, BI, and marketing partners.

Requirements

  • Professional or native Spanish speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (and Italian as a plus).
  • 1+ year experience in a formal people management role (salary planning, hiring, performance review).
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience with a strong track record of commercial success.
  • Strong qualitative problem-solving skills and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, and QlikView.
  • Proven history of successfully influencing peers and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence orientation with notable achievements and impact at scale.

Additional skills and experience that would help you be successful in the role

  • Hands-on experience with campaign management or media planning (+$100K budgets across any of the following channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Snap, Criteo, Taboola, or Outbrain).
  • Hands-on experience working with measurement platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Visual IQ, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and a strong network in the Spanish/Italian region preferably.
